Product orders: These can take up to 2 - 10 business days to be dispatched, depending on demand. If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will be sent together as soon as everything is in stock.
Custom Labels: These are a delicate and timely process, which can take up to 14 business days to be dispatched (although we aim to send them out sooner).
Pre-order items: These will be sent out as soon as they arrive back in stock. Please find all approximate arrival dates on the individual product pages on our website.

We suggest hand washing all of our products in warm soapy water. All plastic pushtop lids can be taken apart and cleaned. Please ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
Because of the delicate nature of bamboo, we suggest wiping down with a damp cloth to clean it. Please do not soak the bamboo lids in in water.

Product items on sale, automatically discounted or bundled are excluded from further discounts using store discount codes. This includes any discount code earned through the Simplify Rewards Club. Store discount codes can only be used on full-priced product items and where no other automatic or bundled discount has been applied in or to the cart.
Discount codes cannot always be combined with other store discounts. If the product item is already on sale or has been discounted in anyway the discount code will not work on those products.
There should be a detailed instruction card that you receive in your order. However, should you misplace it, please follow the steps below to ensure you apply our vinyl labels correctly -
1. Make sure the surface is clean and dry. 2. Cut out the individual label you're wanting to apply (all of our labels typically come altogether on a sheet). 3. Use your fingernail or credit card to firmly scrape over the top of the tape that the label is underneath. 4. Peel the tape off the backing paper, ensuring the label is stuck to the tape and not the backing paper. If it doesn't stick the first time, run your nail or card over it again and it should work the second time. If this still doesn't work, try peeling from the opposite end. 5. Select the position on where you're wanting to place it and stick the sticky side of the tape (with the label on it) onto the surface. 6. Scratch over the white tape again. 7. Slowly start to peel the white tape away, leaving the vinyl label on the surface and voilà!

No you can't, they're a one-time use item only. Make sure you're extra careful when applying these.
The best way to remove our vinyl labels is to either run a hair dryer over the surface the label is on, so that you can easily peel it off.
Alternatively, if your label is on a jar or container that can be submerged in water, place this in warm, soapy water and the labels should also peel off nicely.
1. Login to your account by clicking the head on the right-hand-side of the website. 2. Head to the 3 horizontal lines located on the left-hand-side. 3. Click on "Simplify Rewards Club". 4. Select the reward you're wanting to redeem (make sure this is 100% the reward you're wanting to redeem, as it asks you to confirm or cancel. Once selected, this can't be undone). 5. The code for the reward you're after will pop up on your screen. You should also receive an email that includes this too. 6. Place the code into the "Discount code" box upon checkout (you should have the option to do this when using ShopPay as well, but you will need to press the little arrow to drop down. It will say "Show order summary", so press this button to show the box, then insert your unique code in here).
